has some good information on using magnesium and other minerals. There's good advice on curing restless leg syndrome and joint pain.

Anti-establishment medicine?


One of the best sites for reviewing alternative health products and critiquing mainstream medical practices is Dr Mercola's: www.mercola.com 

He always has interesting new research and articles on drugs, cosmetics and procedures. (He also sells a lot of product and has been accused of bias.) However, he certainly tackles issues head on (eg GM foods) and fights Big Pharma and sticks up for natural foods and traditional cures. He also does a lot of work on fitness and nutrition. A good one to keep an eye on!

I've signed up to his daily newsletter because he often has some of the latest research on diet and nutrition. He also debunks plenty of conventional wisdom and has in-depth articles on medical practices and selling scams.
